1. Planning – Identify cross selling and revenue maximisation opportunities2. Core sales activities – generate sales, close deals and grow revenue from existingcustomers3. Proactive sales activities- networking, attend conferences and events and partner withbrokers to generate sales leads4. Quality control – maintain high standards of others on all sales activities5. Providing excellent customer service – give fantastic service to existing customers6. Grow your business – showcase your centre to new customers – show them thebenefits of flexible working7. Team – Manage a winning, customer focused team
