As we continue to invest in our technology platforms and transformation programmes, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Test Lead to provide strategic leadership across testing and quality assurance for some of the bank’s largest and most complex initiatives.
\nAs our Enterprise Test Lead, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end testing outcomes across major programmes of work. You’ll partner with engineering, delivery, architecture, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded from the outset and that testing activities are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with regulatory and audit requirements.
\nThis is a highly influential role where you’ll shape testing strategies, drive modern engineering practices and champion quality across multiple squads and workstreams.
\nYou’ll be a seasoned testing professional who combines technical depth with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
