Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a passion for property, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit to our leasing team.
What youll be doing / He aha te mahi
Youll be managing lease administration, supporting property operations, coordinating key leasing activities, and ensuring smooth communication and compliance across the team.
The role will involve:
- Managing the Property Management System (PMS), including the recording and tracking of leases, licences, rent reviews, renewals, and maintaining accurate tenant records and critical dates.
- Providing financial and administrative support by processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and collaborating leasing documentation.
- Coordinating leasing activities and property-related tasks, including assisting the property team, preparing reports, and organising meetings and events.
- Handling public and internal enquiries professionally, maintaining the property inbox, and ensuring timely and accurate responses and record keeping.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies while contributing to process and system improvements to enhance service delivery.
What youll bring to the role / Ko wai to Pukeka
Youll bring proven experience in property or financial administration, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, organised approach to support leasing operations and building positive relationships.
To best succeed in this role, youll have:
- Extensive experience in property or financial administration, with a strong understanding of leasing processes and property management systems.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, tenants, and external stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other desktop applications, including experience with systems such as InDesign and ECM for document management.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, demonstrating initiative, discretion with confidential information, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
