Were opening our brand-new Manawa Bay outlet - and were looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team!

Heres whats on offer:

• Rostered Hours

  : Monday 9:30am

  • 6:00pm, Tuesday 11:00am
  • 7:00pm, Wednesday 11:00am
  • 7:00pm, Thursday 11:00am
  • 7:00pm, Sunday 9:30am
  • 5:30pm

• Minimum Hours: 38 per week

• Hourly Rate: $26.50 per hour

Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our Manawa Bay team. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

This role is perfect for someone whos passionate about retail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to grow their career in a values-driven, supportive environment.

What your day will look like

• Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting daily operations

• Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales

• Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets

• Prioritising exceptional customer experiences

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture

• Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
