Dumplings Inc. Ltd is a New Zealand‑owned food manufacturing company producing high‑quality dumplings for supermarkets and distributors nationwide. We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support efficient movement of goods within our facility.

Hours: Full‑time, 30 hours per week 

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers, transport companies, and customers
• Ensure correct stock rotation and compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements
• Monitor warehouse workflow to support production and dispatch schedules
• Maintain warehouse documentation, logs, and reporting
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Ensure the warehouse environment meets health and safety standards
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to resolve stock or delivery issues

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or warehouse supervision
• Strong understanding of inventory control and dispatch processes
• Experience working in FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environments (preferred)
• Ability to lead and support a small team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
