The Role
We are looking for two hands-on Production Supervisors to drive eficiency and excellence across our manufacturing floor.
You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution, ensuring our global reputation for quality remains unmatched. Key
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Safety: Lead, train, and motivate the production team to hit performance
targets while maintaining a culture where health, safety, and hygiene are never compromised.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate production line activities and workflows to meet delivery timelines, ensuring accurate stock control and meticulous production records.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee our in-house food quality control systems and conduct regularinspections to ensure 100% compliance with MPI and food safety regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor our specialized drying technologies and formulation processes to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and implement eficiency initiatives.
- Collaborative Liaison: Work closely with management, QC, and logistics teams to proactively resolve operational issues and streamline the supply chain.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial/management experiences Or level 4 above qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of food quality control systems and regulatory compliance (MPI). - A proactive troubleshooter who can motivate a team under tight deadlines. - A relevant qualification is an advantage, but proven industry expertise is our priority. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be guaranteed 30 hours per week, and paid an hourly rate ranging from NZD
$30 to NZD $35, depending on experience. The same hourly rate will apply for extra hours of work.
