Our client, a respected medium-sized accounting practice based on the North Shore, is looking for an experienced BAS Manager to lead a team of 3-4 accountants, review and mentor staff, and deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services.

About the Role As a BAS Manager, youll play a key role in:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of 3-4 accountants.
  • Reviewing work and ensuring accuracy and compliance across BAS, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Handling more complex client compliance work yourself.
  • Providing value-added advisory services that support clients growth and success.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
About You Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and leadership skills. Ideally, you will have:
  • Be fully qualified CA or CPA
  • Previous experience in reviewing work and managing staff
  • Strong client service focus and the ability to provide practical, commercially-minded advice
