My client is looking for a vibrant leader with robust curriculum expertise, a team-oriented approach, and a passion for cultivating a positive and thriving team culture. Were searching for a dynamic leader with a strong background in curriculum development, a coaching-based leadership style, and a solid grasp of centre financials. Youll play a pivotal role in the centres success, working alongside a dedicated team and reporting to an Area Manager. Your passion for delivering exceptional learning outcomes, building strong relationships, and driving team excellence will shine in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What Youll Bring:
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teaching Certification
- In-depth understanding of child-led curriculum and pedagogical leadership
- Up-to-date knowledge of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday practice
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and grow your teams potential
- Innovative thinking and a love for simplifying and improving systems
