\nAbout the role
\nWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Mobile Squad and play a key role in delivering our digital banking roadmap.
\nWorking within a Value Stream, the Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Lead, engineers, designers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements. They will be responsible for understanding problems, defining outcomes, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation.
\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agile delivery practices and how cross-functional delivery teams operate within a Value Stream. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring teams have the clarity needed to deliver value efficiently. An understanding of iterative delivery, backlog refinement, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end.

You have a proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable stories and deliverables that enable teams to deliver value with confidence.
\nYou thrive in agile environments and are comfortable working as part of a cross-functional squad. You are a strong communicator and facilitator, able to lead workshops, uncover underlying business needs, manage competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
\nYou bring experience in digital product delivery, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating great customer experiences and helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes.
