Driver Trainer

Take the Wheel as Our New Driver Trainer for the Central Region? 

Are you passionate about developing people and lifting safety standards? This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the skills and capability of our driver team across the Central Region.

We are seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to deliver engaging, effective learning that keeps our drivers safe, compliant, and performing at their best.

Coach & Mentor - Support drivers through their learning journey, guiding them towards safe and confident performance.

Deliver & Assess Training - Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and compliance training, using a mix of practical assessments and digital learning tools.

Champion Safety - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure training reflects best practice and regulatory requirements.

Enhance Learning Programs - Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our driver training resources, including digital and blended learning content.

• A current, clean Class 5 licence (plus I endorsement)

• Extensive experience in the fuel and/or transport industry

• Strong knowledge of road rules, compliance standards, and health & safety requirements

• Proven experience in adult education, including facilitation and assessment

• Confidence using digital learning products and platforms to engage learners

• Excellent communication skills and a patient, professional approach to coaching
