Were looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Workers to help bring a variety of events to life across Queenstown, Wanaka, and Cromwell. With short-term and casual opportunities available, this is a great way to be part of exciting occasions in some of New Zealands most iconic locations. What youll be doing:

  • Setting up and packing down event equipment and venues.
  • Assisting with staging, lighting, and audio-visual gear.
  • Moving and arranging furniture, barriers, and signage.
  • Providing support to event coordinators and crew.
  • Ensuring a safe and tidy event environment.

What were looking for:

  • Previous event experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Drug-free and clean (or relatively clean) criminal record.
  • Own transport and drivers licence preferred.
  • PPE gear (can assist if you dont have it).
