Mō te Tūranga | About the RoleThe casino is far from your typical workplace! As a Gaming Machine Attendant, youll be right in the heart of the action, ensuring our customers have a top-notch experience every time they visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with machine queries and minor repairs (training provided)
• Answering general questions and providing friendly support
• Promoting safe and responsible gaming through our Host Responsibility programme
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by tidying chairs and clearing glasses
• Staying active — youll walk over 10km per shift!

This is a high-energy, people-focused role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.

Mōu | About YouYoure a natural communicator with a passion for customer service and a professional attitude. Youll bring:

• A confident, friendly, and positive approach
• Great attention to detail and sound judgement
• The ability to handle confidential information with care
• A proactive mindset and willingness to escalate issues when needed

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be at least 20 years of age
• Have a clean credit history (required for a COA gaming license)
• Be available for shift work, including weekends and nights — our casino operates 24/7
