Position
Based in Dunedin, this Business Partner will support operational leaders and developing managers to effectively align with the business-wide people strategy, as led by the Head of P&C based in Auckland. The operational environment is multi-site and nationwide where all elements of a people function are present - systems, strategy, ER, recruitment, L & D, admin. An objective is to increase P&C visibility and value to the business, balancing BAU with proactive projects.
There is scope to leverage particular strengths, in collaboration with the people leader.

With experience from an operations or industrial environment, your
P & C functional confidence and commercial approach will be welcomed by both experienced and developing leaders and the diverse employee group. Enjoying the responsibility of a sole charge, autonomous position, blended with team collaboration, your partnering style will ensure shared commitment to balancing business priorities and maintaining project momentum. You naturally share knowledge to build skills internally, engage at all levels and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a continuing culture shift for increasing connectivity across sites.
