We are a highly regarded, CBD-based boutique law firm with national reach, specialising in local government law (including regulatory compliance and enforcement, resource management, governance advisory, civil litigation, infrastructure funding, property and climate change law). 

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic associate to join our growing regulatory team. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to grow their career in a high-performing team and work on complex regulatory matters.

You will be involved in a wide range of regulatory work, with a specific focus on local government law, resource management, building regulation, and climate change issues.

The ideal candidate will bring:

·        A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

·        Confidence working with a variety of clients including central and local government agencies.

·        High-quality drafting and advocacy skills.

·        Excellent judgement, initiative and attention to detail.

·        A collaborative approach and a desire to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.
