The Role
As our Office Manager, youll be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while also leading improvements across administration, finance, and systems.
Youll manage office administration, payroll, HR onboarding, and accounts tasks, while also driving process improvement and technology upgrades to future-proof the business.
What Youll Be Doing
Office administration: supplier/vendor management, facilities, reception, customer phone/email queries
Financial administration: payroll (IMS Payroll), payments, invoices, and end-of-year accounts support
HR & onboarding: employment paperwork, induction, staff support
Systems & process improvement: identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, upgrade office technology and software
What Were Looking For
Experienced Office Manager / Administrator with 3+ years in a senior admin role
Accredo & IMS Payroll experience a big plus
Tech savvy & systems-minded: confident with MS Office and eager to modernise processes
Organised & detail-oriented: able to juggle finance, HR, and admin without missing a beat
Strong communicator: comfortable working with staff, suppliers, and customers
Problem-solver & team player: calm under pressure and happy to roll up your sleeves
