Coastal Medical Limited (CML) is a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare group at the heart of Taranaki. Weve built the Health Hub, expanded services, and reshaped our model - now were creating a brand-new role: Operations Manager.

This is not a “keep the lights on” job. Its about delivery: running daily operations across our Hub and practices, lifting Practice Manager capability, and unifying services that have run in silos. Think commercial focus + people leadership + healthcare transformation.

🔑 What youll do

• Lead daily ops at the Hub + oversee Stratford, Opunake, Oakura & Skin on Forty-Five

• Coach and connect Practice Managers into a high-performing team

• Standardise services and systems - goodbye silos, hello consistency

• Drive budgets, KPIs, debt, labour ratios - and make the numbers work

• Spot and deliver new opportunities (corporate health, immigration medicals, service expansion)

• Translate the CEOs strategy into action, freeing them to focus on growth
