Part-Time Clinic Assistant | Clive Hair Clinics, WellingtonWednesdays & Thursdays Only | Contract Until 18 December (Possible Extension in Mid-Jan 2026)

Clive Hair Clinics are Hair and Scalp Specialists with clinics located throughout New Zealand. We are currently looking for a reliable and personable team member to join our Wellington Clinic on a part-time, short-term contract basis.

This is not your average office/reception/administration job!

Youll be trained to administer in-clinic treatments to our regular clients. This is a hands-on role, so were looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and has a warm, engaging personality.

Youll be working independently in the clinic (with support always available by phone). Every third week, youll be working alongside one other team member — so being self-motivated and confident is essential.

The reception and admin side of the role will involve managing appointments, welcoming clients, and general office duties — so youll need to be well-organised, detail-focused, and have great initiative.

Were looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, compassionate and professional with a can-do attitude

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Comfortable working with clients one-on-one

  • Organised and able to multitask

  • Experienced in reception, customer service, or admin (preferred - but not essential)

  • Quick to learn and able to work with minimal supervision

Details:

  • Location: Wellington CBD

  • Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays only

  • Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week

  • Contract: Until mid-December (possible extension from January 2025 for the right person)

  • Start: must be available from 8th October
