Property Management BDM

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property and a talent for sales? Were looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our Property Management division and help more landlords experience the benefits of working with our award-winning team.

What youll do:

• Prospect, identify, and secure new property management opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners

• Promote the value of our services at networking and community events

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless client onboarding

• Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs and growth targets

What were looking for:

• Proven sales or business development experience (real estate preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong relationship-building ability and a client-first mindset

• Highly motivated, organised, and goal-driven
