Warehouse manager (Fluent in Mandarin)

We are a fast-growing logistics and 3PL service company, looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Experience:

3+ years in warehouse/logistics management, preferably within 3PL or import/export logistics.

Familiar with ATF & CCA compliance; experience handling MPI/Customs inspections preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS/ERP systems.

Forklift operation capability (license preferred).

Labor planning, shift scheduling, and workforce management skills.

Cost control and data analysis skills; ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.

Language (Critical Requirement)

Fluent Mandarin Chinese for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and team members.

Strong English proficiency (written & spoken) to independently handle MPI/Customs inspections, liaise with local suppliers, and prepare operational reports.

Abilities:

Strong execution and sense of responsibility, with proven ability to lead teams to achieve targets.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments.

Detail- and safety-oriented, capable of implementing 5S/6S management.

Strong stress resilience, adaptable to fast-paced and multi-tasking environments.
