Your Focus:

As a Franchise Relationship Manager, youll be instrumental in strengthening and growing our café network. Youll work closely with our franchisees to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence, ensuring each café thrives as a successful local business. Your Profile:

Youre a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving. With experience in multi-site management, franchise operations, or key account management, youre comfortable balancing big-picture improvements with day-to-day franchisee support. You have a grasp of business financials, compliance, and operational efficiencies, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your ability to build strong relationships, drive innovation, and manage projects effectively makes you a perfect fit for this role. If you have experience in franchise management, youll hit the ground running.
