Kia ora! We are looking for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. If you are passionate about making a difference in your community, this could be the role for you!

He kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role As a Care Coordinator, youll be organising home-based care and support services that enable our clients to live as safely and independently as possible. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, as youll collaborate with your team to create solutions and complete rosters.

Ngā mahi | What youll be doing

  • Rostering support workers across the region
  • Calling support workers to cover shifts.
  • Develop and maintain rapport within the Access team, our Clients and their Whanau
  • Adhere to our policies and procedures to ensure our clients and support workers receive the best outcomes
  • Assisting with internal queries and contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
