Your Roles and Responsibilities

As a Group Process Leader, you will:

  • Be a safety champion - Lead safety assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Optimize & innovate processes - Use Lean & Six Sigma to drive yield improvement, process development, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead impactful projects - Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement.
  • Provide customer technical support - Ensure seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Enhance product quality & compliance - Ensure food safety, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and hygiene procedures are upheld to the highest standards.
  • Facilitate problem-solving activities - Lead Kaizen events, structured problem-solving, and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Drive structured troubleshooting - Identify problems and implement robust preventative actions using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root cause analysis (RCA), and other methodologies.
  • Develop and mentor teams - Engage employees and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

In line with business objectives, perform other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

We need a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. You should have:

  • An engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree - Strong technical expertise is essential.
  • Six Sigma or similar process improvement training - Lean, SPC, FMEA, and RCA experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership & project management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in identifying, analysing, and implementing process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management - Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • People management expertise - Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and drive change.
