Are you passionate about investment and sport? Do you love to help people develop and achieve their goals?

We are now recruiting for a High Performance (HP) Investment Advisor (fixed-term 10-months as parental leave cover) within the HP Investment Team to be responsible for supporting operations and administration for the end-to-end investment management of our High Performance Investment Programme, Tailored Athlete Pathway Support and Prime Ministers Scholarships.

This role has a big focus on financial and software skills, and works closely with our Financial Planning team, in delivering efficient and effective investment processes, which contribute to maximising the impact of our investment into National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) in New Zealands HP sport system.

To succeed in the role, you will be a team player and values-driven, with an underlying desire to help people succeed in their lives and sporting careers. You will also be process-driven, with strong systems/software skills, advanced in Excel and with experience operating within a CRM environment, ideally Salesforce.

You must have a good understanding of end-to-end investment/grants management and a business acumen, so experience in a management accounting environment would be an advantage. An understanding of the HP sport sector and the role that investment plays in delivering high performance outcomes would also be an advantage.

We are seeking someone with a proven record in:

• Operations and administration for end-to-end investment/grants management (ideally in a sport, education, charitable or philanthropic setting)
• Microsoft Excel and investment and/or financial systems/software
• Planning and prioritising multiple tasks and competing projects to meet deadlines and produce quality results
