You willlead our internal communications and engagement, working alongside othercommunications professionals at Pathways and Real, with executive leadersandkaimahiacross the country, and with the design and digital teamat Wise Management Services.

Day to day, that looks like:
  • shaping and delivering ourinternal communications strategy and campaigns
  • finding and telling stories ofgrowth,aspirationand recovery, always with care and consent
  • building the plans, calendarsand detail that keep a national organisation genuinely informed
  • developing and managing ourcommunications collateral, thought leadershipand publications
  • growing brand awareness anddeveloping our social media approach helping safeguard andstrengthen the reputation of Pathways and Real

Designcapability and flair is a real plus, as is confidence across a wide range oftechnical tools.

Thisrole is Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm, based at Salmond House, Vivian Street,Wellington, with occasional nationwide travel.

Ngāpūkengamengāwheako|Skills and experience
  • at least three years in asenior communications role
  • a tertiary qualification incommunications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • sound knowledge ofcommunications and marketing principles and channels, including internalcommunication, brand management,digitaland advertising confident with MicrosoftOffice, SharePoint, WordPress content management, media monitoring tools,and print, digital and social media production

Experienceworking with Māori, Pasifika, young people, disabled people, or people who haveexperienced mental health and addiction challenges matters to us, as does agood understanding of the health sector in Aotearoa.
