Phonix NZ is a locally owned company. We are looking for a mobile phone technician to join our team.

You are required to have at least two years experience in electronic fault diagnosis and repair, such as mobile phones, security systems, CCTV equipment, alarm systems, access control system, or other comparable electronic equipement 

Key Responsibilities：

• Diagnose faults in mobile phones and other handheld electronic devices using appropriate testing equipment 
• Repair or replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, charing ports, cameras and other internal parts 
• Perform software updates, system restoration and basic troubleshooting where required. 
• Test repaired devices to ensure they are functioning correctly before returning them to customers 
• Maintain accurate repair records and manage spare parts used during repairs 
• Follow work place health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Provide professional customer service by explaining repair findings and recommended solutions 

What we offer you: 

• Good pay rates & weekly pay 
• 8% annual leave kiwi saver if applicable and sick leave 
• At least 30 hours per week and max 45 hours 
• pay 35NZD to 50 NZD based on your skills 

All candidates must have NZ residents or citizenship
