Experienced Fleet Service/Tyre Technician - Whakatane

As a Fleet Service/ Tyre Technician you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of vehicles, along with specific customer account management. You will have a safety-first approach to all daily tasks and be organised, with an emphasis on presentation and housekeeping. You will interact with customers daily and be a great communicator, with a focus on creating long term relationships.

Your duties will include tasks such as:

Strip and fit tyres as required Puncture repairs Communicate with customers regarding faults within their fleet – wheel alignments etc Attending call outs when and where required Perform fleet inspections and reports What are we looking for?

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written A minimum of a full NZ Drivers Licence A friendly and positive outlook with a customer service focus The ability to work in a busy team environment Experience in the tyre industry is preferred but not a must. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
