Smart Genie Limited is seeking a motivated and organised Group Business
Administrator to support a growing group of companies operating in logistics, retail,
fuel, hospitality, cleaning and service industries throughout New Zealand.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic business group and gain
exposure to multiple industries while supporting senior management and operational
teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support across multiple businesses
• Maintain employee and company records
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Support payroll and accounts administration
• Coordinate compliance and health & safety documentation
• Prepare reports, correspondence and business documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and contractors
• Assist with special projects and business initiatives

Required Skills and Experience

 Must have either any Bachelor degree OR at least 2 years of relevant work
experience.
 Strong leadership and people management skills.
 Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities.
 Strong financial and commercial understanding.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
