Role OverviewReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with production and various other departments and lead the site’s productive maintenance program, focusing on eliminating equipment and process failures. The role offers significant scope to broaden into potential further leadership opportunities. Due to the demanding nature of our fast‑paced manufacturing process, flexibility with work hours, including some call‑outs and weekend work, is required.
