\nThis is more than a retail leadership role.
\nAs our Branch Manager, you'll lead the Farmlands Wairoa team while building strong relationships across the local farming community. You'll be responsible for driving store performance, developing your people, and delivering an exceptional experience for our shareholders and customers. Supporting a diverse customer base across sheep and beef, dairy, horticulture and lifestyle farming, you'll play an important role in helping Wairoa's rural sector thrive.

Build strong relationships with shareholders, customers and the wider community
Deliver on agreed objectives and KPIs while driving continuous improvement
Manage budgets, P&L and financial performance
Be a visible presence on the shop floor, supporting customers and mentoring team members

You're a people-focused leader who enjoys building strong teams, creating great customer experiences, and delivering commercial results.

\nExperience leading successful teams in a retail, rural, agricultural or customer-facing environment
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Knowledge of rural products, services or farming communities
Commercial acumen and confidence managing financial performance
Experience coaching and developing team members

A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
