Mō te tūranga | About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Westpac's Business Products & Payments team as a Product Analyst and work alongside experienced Product Managers, helping shape and optimise a portfolio of business banking products that support our valued business customers every day. If you are naturally curious, commercially minded, and passionate about turning insights into action, this could be the role for you. As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing product performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing meaningful recommendations that influence strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and help drive customer-focused outcomes across lending, deposit and trade products. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical thinking, commercial insight, and stakeholder engagement. It's also an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in product management, with a clear pathway toward future Product Manager opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:Product and Banking or financial services experience is advantageous, particularly within business banking. However, we're also keen to hear from candidates with strong analytical and stakeholder management experience from related fields such as commercial analysis, business analysis, project delivery or procurement.
