Advertising Account Executive
The Account Executive will be key in ensuring the day-to-day projects running through the Agency are delivered to a high quality, on time and on budget. They will be a vital team member who supports the wider team driving the work through the agency, whilst being entrusted to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. They should align to the agency ambition, vision and values and be looking for growth opportunities alongside the agency.
Vision & Primary Function for the Role
The Account Executive will support and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the agency. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects on behalf of the agency and should care about the quality of work the agency outputs.
The primary function of the Account Executive will be in assisting to drive work through the agency. This will require the ability to plan, organise and execute projects, alongside the wider Client Service team. They should be detail-orientated and understand the importance of delivering work on time and on budget.
They will need to be approachable, empathetic, and willing to get stuck in. There will be multi-tasking required and the individual needs to be solutions-focused whilst balancing a number of projects at one time. Strong relationships are required in this role with internal and external stakeholder management a vital aspect of the job. They should be personable, able to communicate well and value strong relationships with the team and with our clients.

Specific Responsibilities
Co-ordination of the day-to-day work on the account.
Help to manage agency processes and ensure work is delivered in an efficient manner.
Alongside the AD, develop timing plans and budget breakdowns.
Ensure all timings are met and any changes are communicated clearly with suitable rationale.
Writing and developing internal design, studio and feedback briefs with clarity.
Being present in client-facing meetings, contributing when required and taking notes to be summarised at the conclusion.
Understand the clients business and brands in a wider sense, ensuring we are linking our work back to their specific objectives.
Present aspects of the work, or projects with confidence.
Setting up estimates, reflecting the work required, communicating with all departments to ensure accuracy on proposed amounts.
Following agency processes to traffic work through the agency in a timely manner.
Input into the financial processes of the agency.
Managing external suppliers required in the delivery of projects.
Performance Measures
Efficient time/financial management of work through the agency, showing a good understanding of the level of work required to execute a project.
Has a positive working relationship and collaborates with all internal/external parties.
Maintains regular and timely communication with all parties of job status and potential issues.
Displays good planning and organisation skills.
