Were looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Queen Street store. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Role - Assistant Store Manager
  • Rostered Hours

    : Monday 9:30am

    • 5:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am
    • 5:00pm, Wednesday 10:00a.m
    • 5:00p.m, Thursday 10:00
    • 5:00pm, Sunday 9:30am
    • 4:00pm
  • Minimum Hours: 32.5 per week
  • Hourly Rate: $26.50 per hour
What your day will look like
  • Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
  • Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
  • Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
  • Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
