What you’ll be doing:

Your focus will be on managing audit and assurance engagements for clients based around Tauranga. You’ll take the lead on projects, guiding junior team members, and ensuring everything is completed to a high standard. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while contributing to the growth of the team.

Key things we’re looking for:

• Minimum six years’ experience in a CA firm environment
• Full CA ANZ membership or equivalent
• Proven ability to lead audit engagements and supervise junior staff
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
