remote type: Hybrid RoleWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Home Lending Modernisation Team. You will be working with our Home Lending Product Managers, and broader business experts to deliver best in market products and services for our home loan customers. This role reports to the BA Practice Lead and there are 30+ Business Analysts within the practice, working on a substantial range of initiatives, that can offer support and guidance to our BA colleagues to ensure the BA Service we provide is second to none. This is a full time, 18-month fixed term opportunity based in Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly. **Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**We sat down with the People Leader (who you would report to) and they told us the following about the role:**What are 5 day**- Produce User Stories to communicate user requirements for our business and technology stakeholders.You’ll be part of the Home Lending Modernisation team, working with great people, focussing on Home Loan retention, performing discovery and requirements activities across multiple initiatives. We have some amazing initiatives on the go, and this is your chance to join an awesome team and help shape how we build and deliver great customer experiences. **What technical skills / skills are required**- Strong ability to converse with both business and technology employees at all levels of the organisation.Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and to work with our technical partners to develop appropriate technical solutions. - Sound business requirement / User Story writing and documentation skills.- Some API / integration experience.- Data analytics experience.**What attributes will this person display to**We're the bank for New Zealand.
