Job Description

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Bartender! Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland opening team! The Bartender will be responsible for the bars and restaurants, under the management of the F&B Supervisor.

Mission 1: Provide a warm, personalised welcome to customers and convey an excellent image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.

Mission 2: Take orders, collect cash, and prepare drinks in compliance with the operational procedures set up by the F&B Supervisor.

Mission 3: Maintain and clean the work area and the equipment and utensils used.

Mission 4: Monitor available stocks and anticipate orders by informing the F&B Supervisor in advance.

Mission 5: Comply strictly with hygiene procedures and rules specific to serving alcoholic beverages.

Mission 6: Increase sales by using additional sales techniques, managing your cash float effectively, and highlighting events organised within the establishment.

Mission 7: Assist with running food to guests, ensuring a seamless and friendly service experience.

Qualifications

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:

• Field of study: Restauration.
• Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.
• Language required: English
