You wont just manage communications - youll be the driving force behind our brands future. This is your chance to create and execute a bold brand strategy, one that resonates with our audience and elevates our presence across both traditional and digital channels.   From shaping customer-first messaging frameworks to implementing content plans that fuel brand growth, youll play an integral role in transforming how we communicate and engage with our audiences across our portfolio of brands.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead the execution of our brand and content strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and authenticity in our messaging.
  • Craft and curate compelling content that brings our brand voice to life - whether its web copy, email campaigns, press releases, or event material.
  • Own our SEO strategy, driving visibility and engagement through finely tuned content that performs across search, social, and owned channels.
  • Oversee our PR strategy, creating media releases and executing activities that amplify our brand and connect with key audiences.
  • Continuously measure and refine brand initiatives, optimizing them to deliver tangible, impactful results.
About you   Youre not just a skilled communicator - youre a master storyteller, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that capture attention and inspire action. You know how to align messaging with customer needs, and you have a knack for creating content that speaks to the heart of our audiences motivations.   With hands-on experience in content strategy, brand communication and digital marketing, youre comfortable navigating across different platforms to create content that drives awareness and engagement. Whether managing website content, handling media relations, or co-ordinating events, you bring energy and creativity to every touchpoint.   Your background and skills will set you up for success in this role:
  • A qualification in marketing, communications, or business.
  • 4-5 years of experience in brand & content-focused marketing roles (experience in professional or social services sectors is highly desirable).
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen sense of tone and voice.
  • A proactive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
  • A strong collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for building and evolving brands.
