Business Analyst - Telephony
Business Analyst with specialist telephony and voice experience to work on a large programme replacing legacy systems.
You will engage with business users and technical engineers to gather and document requirements. You will also be involved in UAT testing and change management activities to ensure and smooth transition to the new telephony solution and ways of working.
To be considered for the role you must be an experienced Business Analyst with specific experience of telephony or voice solutions, ideally with Cisco Call Manager. you will be able to work across the main cities in the North Island as required, but there is the ability to be based remotely.
