The ICT Team at Windsor Engineering supports 170+ users across seven locations as well as several remote workers. This newly created role will enhance the ICT Teams ability to provide additional technical support to end users in a growing business.

The IT Technical Support provides Level 2–3 troubleshooting across networks, cloud systems, and security, as well as timely technical support for day‑to‑day issues. This is a hands‑on role with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining reliable IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2–3 support for networks, O365 cloud systems, and security; elevate complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and Windows OS.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and coordinate vendor escalations.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs and maintain high customer service standards.
• Proactively manage and monitor IT systems and services for Windsor sites.
• Process documentation and knowledge management.
• Provide end‑user training and support.
• Collaborate with IT teams, contribute to wider IT projects, system upgrades and process improvements.

You will likely have the following skills and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on technical support experience in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with network troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
