Carpenters required – Right Move Recruitment
Right Move Recruitment is seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing team across Bay of Plenty - Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Tauranga and surrounding regions. We work in partnership with reputable construction companies on long-term commercial and residential projects, providing consistent, high-quality work for our tradespeople.
This role is full-time and permanent, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, foundations, and the installation of windows, doors, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret drawings and construction plans to ensure work is completed accurately and to specification.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times.
- Work effectively within a team, communicating clearly to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Operate independently when required and take responsibility for your work.
- Be available to work occasional Saturdays as project demands require.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven carpentry experience in New Zealand.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Own a full set of tools required to perform carpentry duties.
- Reliable transport and a strong, punctual work ethic.
- Site Safe certification is advantageous but not essential.
This role is open to New Zealand citizens, residents, and applicants with valid New Zealand work rights. We are also prepared to consider suitably qualified migrant candidates where no suitable New Zealand workers are available, in line with Immigration New Zealand requirements.
