HAVE FUN About the Role • This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WA • Full Time, Permanent • $120,000-$170,000pa + Super • Supervision and direction of project team members. • Performing quality assurance and risk management. • Planning, executing, monitoring and closing of all works. • Working within the project budget. • Conducting status review meetings with project team members. • Management of Sub-Contractors onsite. • Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies About You • Minimum 5 years' experience gained in the Perth metropolitan area managing civil subdivisions • Possess a broad knowledge of Civil Construction activities & knowledge of industry standards. • Show a strong dedication to maintaining and enforcing Quality Assurance and Workplace Health & Safety practices on site. • The ability to build a positive relationship with the client, subcontractors and project team members. • Proven leadership, management and communication skills. • Computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written skills • Full Drivers Licence & White Card MGC Civil – ABN MGC Siteworks – ABN
