About the role You'll support a range of general civil and land development tasks, from site prep and trenching to clean-up and machinery support. Projects vary and may include day/night shifts and weekend work, so flexibility is key. Benefits

• Dig trenches, holes, and foundations for civil works
• Assist with site preparation and clean-up
• Operate basic tools and support machinery operators
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow health and safety procedures on-site
• Support drainage, roading, and land development tasks
