Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to be the welcoming face of our new Napier clinic? TBI Health is excited to be opening a brand-new site in the CBD - just a one-minute walk from Marine Parade and surrounded by shops and cafés to enjoy on your breaks.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinic Administrator to help us establish this clinic and support both our clients and clinicians. You will work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, while staying closely connected with our wider administration team across the motu.
There may also be the opportunity to provide personal administrative support to an Orthopaedic Surgeon, offering valuable additional experience and variety in the role.
Part-time or full-time hours will be considered. We aim for admin support to be present across all weekdays, with scope to expand hours as the clinic grows and service needs increase.

About You
Experience with Gensolve and/or Elixir practice management systems would be an advantage. While two years of administration experience is desirable, it’s not essential. What matters most is your positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
