Position OverviewThe Construction Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing resources, budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with New Zealand building codes and contractual requirements. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure end-to-end project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
