We are seeking an efficient receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for the practice, you must be friendly, respectful, caring, kind with an empathy towards patients, have great communication & customer service skills, immaculate presentation and etiquette, strong work ethic & great interpersonal skills, good at organising and multi-tasking, confident in engaging with patients and clients, have a high standard of management and hygiene protocols, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, willing to learn, undertake training & education, and work well in a team environment.
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist & knowledge of Dental Exact Software is preferred.
Duties will include: Answering calls, dealing with inquiries, making appointments and managing workflows, working/providing assistance to the dentists & hygienists, manage ACC, OHSA and WINZ claims, professionally communicate with patients, work well under pressure, stocking supplies, reporting daily, be well presented and groomed, well-spoken and possess an excellent telephone manner. Financial Duties: Processing payments, billing, expense reports & ordering office supplies.
This Position is for Permanent Full Time / Part time.
Work Eligibility:
Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (citizen / permanent resident)
Remuneration: $24 - $30
