Chinz Logistics is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Department Manager (Digital Platform) to support the development, optimisation, and operational management of our digital logistics platform.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong logistics industry experience combined with digital platform, systems coordination, or operational process management capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning platform operations with logistics workflows, customer requirements, and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company’s digital logistics platform
• Coordinate platform-related projects, system improvements, and process optimisation initiatives
• Work closely with internal departments, logistics teams, and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and workflow effectiveness
• Support platform testing, release coordination, and issue resolution processes
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for system enhancement and business improvement
• Assist in developing platform strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Ensure digital platform processes comply with company operational standards
• Provide coordination and support for customer onboarding and platform implementation activities
• Prepare operational reports and support management decision-making
Requirements
• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
• Previous work experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industry is highly preferred
• Experience in digital platform operations, systems coordination, project coordination, or process management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good organisational and reporting skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
