We're hiring for two pivotal roles:

Programme Manager (0.7-0.8 FTE): Be at the heart of programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery.

Deputy Director (0.7-0.8 FTE): Provide strategic leadership, drive technical assurance, and help shape the programme's direction.

About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

Programme Manager: Coordinate administration, meetings, budgets, contracts, and reporting. Ensure smooth delivery and clear communication across teams.

Deputy Director: Lead stakeholder engagement, oversee procurement and technical assurance, support governance, and help establish systems and culture.

Who we're looking for | Tā mātou e kimi nei

Programme Manager: Organised, collaborative, with experience in programme/project coordination and budgeting. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.

Deputy Director: Experienced leader (15+ years), strategic thinker, relationship builder, with a postgraduate qualification in Structural, Geotechnical or Civil Engineering (or related field).
