Director

Kia hiwa rā!

Te Poho o Tamatea Limited (TPoT) is inviting expressions of interest for up to two Director appointments, each for a three-year term.

Ko wai mātou? Who are we?

TPoT is a charitable investment company, wholly owned by Te Hapū o Ngāti Wheke (THoNW) Incorporated Society, with a strong focus on safeguarding and growing its pūtea to benefit current and future generations. Our strong balance sheet, evolving investment strategy, and mixed investment portfolio mean the role of the board is increasingly dynamic and strategically focused. With no permanent staff, but with an aspiration to employ a part-time support person, the company is governed and administered by the Board and Secretary, making the role of our Directors critical in providing prudent governance, robust oversight of investments and risks, and in upholding the values and aspirations of our shareholder.
