Finance Manager

• Lead and oversee reporting and compliance function

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and leadership within a successful and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly consolidated reporting and present insights to the Board

• Prepare and review financial statements and IFRS reporting

• Oversee and complete tax returns including GST, FBT, PAYE, and income

• Maintain strict compliance with New Zealand accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Manage treasury including cash flow forecasting and funding

• Report direct to senior leadership, providing analysis to support decision making

• Lead and develop a high performing finance team

About You

• CA qualified, with strong technical accounting knowledge

• Experience gained in a Big 4 or CA environment

• Proven experience in finance management and reporting  

• Strong communication and leadership skills
