About the role

As part of the PM team, you will have a portfolio of residential properties in the Central and West Auckland area to manage as well as targets to grow the book and amazing earning opportunities to reward your efforts!

Benefits 

You will be rewarded with a package which includes a base salary, a company car plus car park, commissions, letting fees, incentives, bonuses, KPIs and extremely generous staff purchase opportunities. Your on target earnings are over $90k per year (depending on experience).

You will be working with a small team which is part of a large group of dedicated professionals.  There is plenty of opportunity as we are undergoing strong growth. As a result we are looking for someone who can embrace the challenges that these opportunities will present.

Skills and experience

• A flair for communication, driving new business and excellent multi-tasking.

• A collaborative approach to dealing with challenges and an easy, natural communication style.

• 2 years minimum experience managing residential properties is imperative as well as possessing a great deal of flexibility, and a proven track record in exceeding set targets.
