About Us:

The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating interior renovation and repair projects for residential buildings. The role involves working closely with clients, suppliers, and construction teams to develop practical and visually appealing interior solutions that comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine project objectives, renovation scope, budget, functional requirements, and design preferences for residential interiors.

• Assess existing residential spaces and conduct research and analysis to ensure design solutions meet spatial, functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements.

• Develop interior design concepts for residential repair and renovation projects, including preparation of sketches, layout plans, and design presentations.

• Select, specify, and recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings, furniture, and colour schemes appropriate for residential renovation projects.

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation to support construction and ensure accurate implementation of design plans.

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and construction staff to ensure design solutions are properly executed.

• Monitor and supervise renovation and interior construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Ensure all interior design work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and construction teams.
